Dr. Ram was on time but obviously very busy. He was extremely sympathetic to my health concerns with a calming reassurance. Very professional and very kind and knows his craft!!!

The whole experience felt transactional. Felt rushed. I remember my previous doctor in Chicago would be more thorough for my physical exam, showing that he really cared for my well being. The questions I was asked during this visit felt like the doctor was reading out of a textbook.
